How long will we keep your data? LUXAE will keep your personal data as long as the contractual relationship that links us is maintained and, once this has ended, as long as the interested party does not request its deletion.
3 LEGITIMACY FOR THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA. The legitimacy for the use of your personal data is twofold:
- When the purpose is the management and execution of the contract between Luxae and the Customer, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data will be the execution of the contract itself.
- For the sending of information, promotions and commercial prospecting the legitimation will be the consent of the interested party. In this regard, we inform you that the purpose of execution of the contract is not subject to consent for the purpose of commercial prospecting.
