  • In LUXAE don’t like to think about the theme of social responsibility like something transcendent. We don’t want to find in it the meaning of life, or anything like that. We simply believe that what makes us strong is collaboration, and LUXAE is the result of a sum of individual efforts, coupled with the support of the society in which we live. That’s why we believe that fair to bring it back, as far as possible, the support received and try to help others who haven’t had the same opportunities we have had, anywhere in the world.

    This is the seed from which arise LUXAE Social Responsibility program, and is the reason why we try to collaborate wherever is possible with organizations, foundations and nonprofit organizations who strive every day to make this world a place better, and who share our values.

    Likewise, I strongly encourage you to start your own actions, or to cooperate with us. There is much work to do, and every little action counts.

UNICEF | UNITE FOR CHILDREN

UNICEF was created in 1946 under the aegis of the United Nations (UN), in order to help the children of Europe after World War II. During the almost 70 years of existence, the goal of this organization has spread to all children in the world, with its primary mission to ensure that the rights of children as enduring ethical principles and international standards of conduct being considered part the progress of humanity.

With the values ​​of diversity and inclusion, integrity and commitment, UNICEF has set its priorities in child survival, education, protection against abuse and exploitation, and prevention of HIV / AIDS care in children and promotion policies and partnerships for children.

DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS | SAVE HUMAN LIVES

In 1971, a small group of doctors and journalists founded Doctors Without Borders in Paris.

Today they have 19 sections, about 32,000 professionals in the field and the support of more than 4.6 million members and partners on five continents. They are one of the largest independent humanitarian organization in the world, but its mission remains are still the same: to provide assistance to populations in crisis, without discrimination based on race, religion or political ideology. In 1999 received the Nobel Peace Prize.

It is an organization with a high level of transparency, which annually publishes annual reports with which to keep its members informed on how the money is used for their contributions.

JOSÉ RUIZ BALLESTER PROGRAM | HELPING TO TRAIN OUR YOUTH

Our goal with José Ruiz Ballester internship program is to do our part in change of mentality that we believe requires our society to make us go the other production model, in which the prime search will be long-term value, effort and willingness to run the current model finding short-term benefit.

This program is intended for students of training courses for middle and top grade, and college students of careers related to tasks carried out in the business, who want to gain experience in an innovative company with an international outlook, prior to its entry into the labour market, being part of our team for an internship, during which will be responsible for tasks directly related to the knowledge acquired during their studies, in a multidisciplinary environment.

Our support to Social Responsibility Program of the company is a long-term commitment, but that does not mean we are not aware of emergencies that may arise at any time.
